Cancellation & Refund Policy
At PackTripz, we aim to provide our customers with transparent, reliable, and fair cancellation and refund terms. This policy outlines the rules and conditions for cancellations and refunds when you book flights with us.
General Cancellation Policy
- All flight bookings are subject to the cancellation rules and policies of the respective airlines.
- PackTripz acts as a third-party travel service provider and must follow the airline’s terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
- Any request for cancellation must be made through our customer support team via email or phone.
- Service charges or booking fees paid to PackTripz are non-refundable in all cases.
Airline Cancellations
- If an airline cancels or reschedules a flight, the refund or alternative travel option will be provided as per the airline’s policy.
- PackTripz will assist in processing such refunds, but the final decision lies with the airline.
- In cases of force majeure (weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, etc.), refunds will depend on airline guidelines.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- If you cancel your booking, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the airline’s rules, plus PackTripz service fees.
- Refund eligibility depends on the fare type chosen (some tickets are non-refundable).
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before departure to avoid “no-show” penalties.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from the airline.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet).
- In some cases, airlines may issue travel credits/vouchers instead of cash refunds.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to board the flight without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.
Modification & Rebooking
- Flight date, time, or route changes are allowed as per airline policies.
- Any fare difference, rebooking charges, and PackTripz service fee will apply.
